<p>Forget tiling and plumbing. When it comes to sprucing up shower time, look no further than <a href="http://www.ruelala.com/event?cm_sp=blog-_-art-towel-display-1172013" target="_blank">a few towels</a>. Rolled or folded, when displayed right (a.k.a. not in a heap on the floor, which, okay, I’ve been guilty of), towels go from simple bath-time necessities to stylish accessories. See how:</p>
<p><b>For a spa-like feel:</b> roll towels so they’re the same width and stack them <a href="http://www.houzz.com/towel-display" target="_blank">on open shelves</a>. Use a different shelf for each towel size and alternate where each size is stored for greater visual interest.</p>
<p><b>For a whimsical touch:</b> hang towels from a wooden clothes hanger then suspend the hanger from ordinary hooks. This is ideal for guest bathrooms so visitors can carry their towels from room to room.</p>
<p><b>For a hotel look:</b> fill a punch bowl, box, or <a href="http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://homeguides.sfgate.com/DM-Resize/photos.demandstudios.com/getty/article/163/224/200294319-001.jpg%3Fw%3D600%26h%3D600%26keep_ratio%3D1&amp;imgrefurl=http://homeguides.sfgate.com/decorating-bathroom-wicker-baskets-52293.html&amp;usg=__pquOVekQ1e53at8EJBW3eR-AhlE=&amp;h=400&amp;w=600&amp;sz=42&amp;hl=en&amp;start=11&amp;sig2=6nba8sfKFye-UE6eZ7kKbg&amp;zoom=1&amp;tbnid=PMgxQxtxZH5zhM:&amp;tbnh=90&amp;tbnw=135&amp;ei=BA33ULvPNYSB0AGtsYGQCQ&amp;prev=/search%3Fq%3Dwicker%2Bbasket%2Bwith%2Btowels%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26hs%3Dvav%26sa%3DX%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-US:official%26tbm%3Disch%26prmd%3Divns&amp;itbs=1" target="_blank">wicker basket</a> with a set of rolled towels and  place it on the sink-front or edge of the bathtub. Placing towels on a unique object such as a vintage chair or <a href="http://www.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://www.homeandfamilynetwork.com/uploads/post/large/img75.jpg&amp;imgrefurl=http://www.homeandfamilynetwork.com/home-improvement/organization/the-art-of-displaying-towels/75&amp;h=360&amp;w=400&amp;sz=25&amp;tbnid=Q2OpYgagv0lS6M:&amp;tbnh=82&amp;tbnw=91&amp;prev=/search%3Fq%3Ddisplaying%2Btowels%26tbm%3Disch%26tbo%3Du&amp;zoom=1&amp;q=displaying+towels&amp;usg=__FQs1etj1beRnVbnUGmvIKSlq1xc=&amp;sa=X&amp;ei=cwv3UIKtOMjD0QHW7oD4Dw&amp;ved=0CDUQ9QEwBg" target="_blank">wine rack</a> is also a great way to make a statement.</p>
<p><b>For a quick and easy display:</b> arrange differently hued bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths in a simple stack that shows off their contrasting colors.</p>
