Summer weekends are all about piling into beachfront rentals with your best friends. Haven’t found a super-stylish spot to unwind just yet? Well, if you and the crew have plans to be in New York next month, you could set up shop in designer Jonathan Adler‘s playful seaside pad.

The 1,299-square-foot Shelter Island A-frame is decked out in Adler’s signature animated aesthetic and features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, and a 75-foot heated swimming pool with an outdoor shower. The price tag to take over for July? A cool $11,000. But the bragging rights are priceless.
