Hollywood’s finest spent the past couple weeks in the South of France for the Cannes Film Festival. And in between film screenings and soaking up sun, starlets predictably wowed on the red carpets. Here are the five stunners that caught my attention.

Cate Blanchett made a striking entrance in an over-the-top ruffled Giles Deacon ball gown. With a print inspired by a fax machine, the dress boasted a voluminous skirt and layers of ruffles, taking five days and 15 meters of silk to construct.

When it comes to matters of the heart, fashion ranks high on our list. So, in honor of Valentine’s Day, here are three romantic looks that tugged at our heartstrings this week.

1. Natalie Portman defined elegance for the Knight of Cups premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival. She walked the red carpet in a custom velvet and taffeta Lanvin creation.

2. Elizabeth Banks was dressed for a real-life fairy tale in a ruby Elie Saab gown at the Love & Mercy premiere, also at the Berlin International Film Festival.

3. Keira Knightley disguised her baby bump in a sweet Giambattista Valli floral and tulle dress at the 2015 BAFTA Film Awards in London.

The latest ad for Miss Dior fragrance is here – and it is stunning. Natalie Portman, the longtime face of this chic scent, stars as a runaway bride out for a little fun on the French Riviera.

The short film bounces between black-and-white shots of Natalie as a dutiful bride-to-be and colorful scenes of her romp toward free-spirited adventure. At one point, a bellhop drops off a bouquet and says, “Your flowers, madame.” To which the actress replies,”It’s Miss, actually.”

Oh, and the fashion? It’s perfection. From a handcrafted white gown with floral embellishments to a daring LBD, the film’s looks are truly iconic. Bravo, Dior.

I was only a year old when the movie When Harry Met Sally first debuted on the big screen on July 14, 1989. It’s true, I could barely hold my own bottle. But that didn’t stop me from, years later, sitting down with friends to watch one of the most influential rom-coms in pop culture history. And, yes, we’re still watching.
