Mini-Me: Lucky Editor Eva Chen’s Stylish Pregnancy Announcement

You’re not a true Instagram celebrity until you have a signature selfie pose, and Lucky magazine editor Eva Chen is no exception. The industry expert regularly snaps her bag, shoes, and snack in the backseat of many a NYC taxi – but yesterday morning, something was a little unusual. Next to Eva’s quilted Chanel purse, classic New Balance kicks, and piece of fruit were baby versions of the same items with the caption: “#evachenpose: like mother, like future (winter 2015!) daughter edition.”

Yep! She’s having a girl. And like North West, this little one already has a mini Chanel in her style arsenal.

Ditch the Yoga Pants & Jet-Set Like a Celeb

Is there anything more torturous than the days leading up to a three-day holiday weekend? So close, yet so far away. To pass the time, this writer finds herself browsing celebrity rags in an attempt to ignite some sort of inspirational flame within. Nope, nothing. That is, until an article from Lucky magazine touting “50 of the Chicest Celebrity Airport Outfits Ever” pops up. Since most of the country will be participating in some form of travel this weekend, why not casually try one of the celeb-approved ensembles along the way?

They make it look so easy. Boyfriend jeans? Check. Fedora and pointy-toe flats? Check. “If celebrities are good at one thing, it’s being able to emerge off their first-class flight looking largely flawless, with nary a hair out of place nor a speck of oil clogging their pores,” writes Maura Brannigan. “Whether clad in a tracksuit or stilettos, this crop of celebrities has the whole airport-style thing down to a science.”

That they do. So I guess I’ll be leaving my favorite (read: tattered) yoga pants at home this trip.

How to Wear a Baseball Cap and Not Look Like Your Boyfriend

How To Wear: A Baseball Cap

Dry shampoo aside, baseball caps are kind of the most amazing I-slept-late-and-can’t-shower invention ever. Except for the fact that every time I put one on, I feel like a bro. Obviously, I’m doing something wrong here. To the rescue? Lucky magazine, with four ways to wear a cap that looks cool, never forced (or heaven forbid – as my mother would say – schlumpy).

Snooze button, be prepared.

Check out the four ways on Lucky magazine.
