It’s been a long six months, but New York Fashion Week is back. And as eager as we are to see what hits the runway, we’re also anxiously awaiting the who’s who of each front row. From trendsetters to models and bloggers, the style A-list shows us how NYFW is done. Take note of these three tricks, then channel their looks.

Fashion WeekGo for Easy Silhouettes
With shows uptown, downtown, and everywhere in between, Fashion Week is as much about function as it is style. Try a one-and-done dress or opt for a sleek top and dramatic skirt. Twelve-hour days have nothing on you.

Add Some Height
Outside the tents, street-style stars are all about sneakers. But inside the shows, minimalist heels are where it’s at. Slip into strappy stilettos to make your legs appear longer, even while seated.

Put It in Print
Patterns are having a runway moment, and it’s no different on the sidelines. Mix and match prints to create your own look instead of layering on bold accessories, which might get lost in photos.

Now, follow their lead and shop our Dress like a NYFW Pro Boutique, which opened Thursday, September 10, at 3PM ET.
