Playdates at the park are as grand as most toddler social calendars get. But when you’re North West and you have a front-row seat at Paris Fashion Week, you must dress the part. And no – overalls from the big-box stores won’t cut it.

Following little Nori’s string of appearances in Givenchy and Chanel, it’s rumored that she had professional help in putting together those petite designer getups. So whether or not this mini Kim Kardashian has a supposed tailor-slash-stylist, there’s no denying she might be the most haute 16-month-old on the planet.

Football season is upon us, and the one player you need to keep an eye on is Victor Cruz. From topping every best-dressed list to salsa dancing his way to Super Bowl victory, this wide receiver has proven he has a style all his own. And we’re all for it.

600x400

To snag his signature look, try these simple steps:

  1. Grab a pair of dark-wash narrow-leg jeans (a Victor Cruz staple) or straight-leg pants in an earthy hue.
  2. Wear with a button-down shirt. Leave it untucked for a polished yet laid-back vibe. Then, unbutton the top button and cuff the sleeves loosely. No undershirt needed.
  3. Add a bold black-rubber timepiece. Effortless style? You can say that again.

Now practice Victor’s salsa moves and you’re good to go.

It’s safe to say Joseph Gordon-Levitt has come a long way. In terms of fashion, that is. From an awkward alien teen in 3rd Rock from the Sun to a young head-over-heels-in-love professional in 500 Days of Summer to a suave agent in Inception, he’s dipped his toes in a variety of roles and styles. And emerged as the guy to watch.

BLG-XXXX-JGL

To snag one of his signature looks, try these simple steps:

1. Ditch the classics for this one. Grab a pair of slim leg pants in grey or black (treat it like a neutral) or dark straight-leg denim (a JGL staple).

2. Pair with a plaid shirt. Give it a tuck all around for a polished look. Then, unbutton the top two buttons and haphazardly cuff the sleeves. No undershirt.

3. Add a black leather belt and corresponding stainless steel watch. Casual cool? Mastered.

Now practice Joseph’s charming grin and you’re good to go.

Is there anything more torturous than the days leading up to a three-day holiday weekend? So close, yet so far away. To pass the time, this writer finds herself browsing celebrity rags in an attempt to ignite some sort of inspirational flame within. Nope, nothing. That is, until an article from Lucky magazine touting “50 of the Chicest Celebrity Airport Outfits Ever” pops up. Since most of the country will be participating in some form of travel this weekend, why not casually try one of the celeb-approved ensembles along the way?

Travel in Style, Like A Celeb

They make it look so easy. Boyfriend jeans? Check. Fedora and pointy-toe flats? Check. “If celebrities are good at one thing, it’s being able to emerge off their first-class flight looking largely flawless, with nary a hair out of place nor a speck of oil clogging their pores,” writes Maura Brannigan. “Whether clad in a tracksuit or stilettos, this crop of celebrities has the whole airport-style thing down to a science.”

That they do. So I guess I’ll be leaving my favorite (read: tattered) yoga pants at home this trip.

From the early Step Up days on through G.I. Joe21 Jump Street, and beyond, Channing Tatum has consistently rocked a laid-back vibe. Relaxed jeans with an untucked button-front – casually topped by a vest or blazer. Denim with a jacket, Henley, baseball hat, and sneakers. A newsboy cap with aviators, chambray, and boots. This leading man makes it all look easy. Because really, it is.

When it comes to the style game, the always-smooth Michael Fassbender’s got it all figured out. Impeccable suits, worn with just-right finishing touches or a debonair open collar. Sharp blazers atop dark jeans and untucked shirts. Leather jackets thrown casually over V-neck tees. This leading man manages to make it all look easy. Because for him, it actually is. (Who else is ready for the Golden Globes in 45 minutes flat?)

To cop one of his signature looks, follow these simple steps:

  1. Start with a dark pair of narrow-leg jeans and a crisp button-front. Skip the tie, leave the top three buttons undone, and wear the shirt untucked, but only if the bottom hits above your hips – any longer and the look can quickly veer toward sloppy.
  2. Pick a tailored suit jacket or sport coat in neutral black or grey. Throw that on. And don’t bother doing up the top button. The goal is to look relaxed and smooth, but not overly polished.
  3. Grow out your scruff. Even if you’re not starring in Macbeth (yes, chances are you aren’t), beards are having a moment. Just keep it under control. Trim underneath the jawline and above the lip. And if you’re really getting into it, do as Fassbender did for the Globes: rub a little flyaway-taming pomade into your palms and give that beard a quick pat before heading out.

It appears that Captain America’s got style. Massachusetts-born Chris Evans, who recently announced that he’d be calling it quits on acting in lieu of a directing career, has that casual-cool thing down pat. Easy plaid and chambray atop the darkest of denim. Henleys edged up with leather jackets. Suits, when the occasion requires them, sexified with a bit of scruff.

Get Chris Evans' Style

To cop one of his signature looks, follow these few simple steps:

  1. Start with the easiest of shirts – a graphic tee or laid-back button-front (cuffed, to expose superhero forearms).
  2. Add relaxed, not skinny, pants. As Evans once told InStyle: “I’ve got ridiculously thin legs, so I hate skinny jeans. My Paper Denim & Cloth jeans give me a little extra bag in the butt – as if I might actually have one.”
  3. Finish with a broken-in moto jacket or hoodie, unzipped. Want to take the look a step further? Try it in camo.

There’s no denying it: Michelle Pfeiffer is stunning. Particularly when the 55-year-old actress is dressed in a striking Dolce & Gabbana ballerina dress. Though her outfit choice at last night’s premiere of The Family could have garnered the opposite reaction (trying too hard, not dressing for her age, blah blah blah), I’m standing firm that she looked 100% classic.
