Despite the title of her bestselling book #GIRLBOSS, Nasty Gal founder Sophia Amoruso has stepped down as CEO of the company after eight years at the helm. But don’t worry, she’s not going anywhere.

The Cut, New York Magazine’s style-focused website, has a new recruit: former New York Times fashion critic Cathy Horyn. She will cover spring/summer and fall/winter collections in New York and Paris, but the site hopes she’ll eventually contribute more than reviews (op-eds or video pieces, perhaps?). Cathy told WWD, “It’s a new platform for me, a nice change, and I look forward to writing about the shows.”

So prep yourself for the return of that witty commentary and nonconformist perspective. I personally can’t wait, @CathyHorynNY.

It’s officially that time of year again: awards season. And the red carpet at last night’s Golden Globes ceremony didn’t disappoint.

With small-screen actors and major movie stars mingling together – Jennifer Aniston, Amy Adams, and Kerry Washington among them – the big fashion trends were asymmetrical tops, sheer paneling, and sequins. But it was the celebrites who went outside the box and opted for something completely unexpected that caught my attention most. Here are five contenders for the night’s Best Dressed title.

While you can never go wrong with an LBD, there’s something to be said for an outfit that packs a punch of personality. This week, three stars delighted us in looks that demand a double take.

This Week's Best Dressed

1. Reese Witherspoon channeled Hollywood’s early screen sirens in a pearl-embellished Michael Kors dress at the Palm Springs International Film Festival Awards Gala.

2. Always one to try inventive pairings, Olivia Palermo braved the cold in Gstaad, Switzerland with lime Tecnica Moon Boots and a colorblocked fur coat.

3. Julianne Moore stepped out of her typically neutral ensembles and into a cherry-red architectural Delpozo frock – a hue that complements her fiery locks.

Kate and William’s impeccably put-together outfits. Little George’s beyond-adorable fashion choices. How could we be anything but obsessed? In honor of this soon-to-grow royal family, we’ve recreated each regal look with just one item.

Get the Royal Family's Style

For Prince William’s Look
You’ll rarely see Wills without a perfectly pressed button-front shirt. To dress one down, roll the sleeves up past your forearms and pair it with chinos or jeans. For a more formal look, opt for a navy suit-and-tie combo.

For Kate Middleton’s Look
The Duchess is known for her polished and practical fashion sense. And the one staple that ties it all together? Nude patent pumps. Grab a pair that complements your skin tone, then wear them with everything from dresses to jeans.

For Prince George’s Look
Although everything he wears is automatically aww-worthy, shortalls are Kate’s go-to for this little prince. Reach for a classic pinstriped or navy pair, then let those pinchable cheeks do the rest.

Now call the photographer. These outfits are royal-portrait material. Our Make It Your Own: The Duchess’ Style, Leading Man: Get Prince William’s Regal Look, and Royally Cute Style: Get Prince George’s Look Boutiques opened Friday, January 9, at 11AM ET.

Who was in front of the lens for the latest episode of Vogue‘s web series 73 Questions? None other than Victoria Beckham. The former Spice Girl and current fashion designer answered a rapid-fire round of mind-probing questions, from daily rituals to David Beckham, all without cracking a smile.

Victoria leads viewers through her London showroom as she dishes out some surprising answers (Favorite flavor? Salt.) among more predictable replies (Favorite spice? Posh.). The best style secret she’s learned? “Less is more.” Well, we have to respectfully disagree. When it comes to her collection, we’ll take two of everything, please.

Spare 6 minutes of your morning to catch up with Victoria at vogue.com.

Black and white ensembles were a red-carpet go-to at the 2015 People’s Choice Awards last night in Los Angeles. The trendy-yet-timeless look was spotted on spring runways from Oscar de la Renta to Altuzarra, proving its status as a wardrobe all-star. While you can always add a punch of color with a bright bag or shoe, these three starlets stuck to the basics for accessories.
Black and White at People's Choice Awards
  1. Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting showed off her figure in a monochrome outfit, coupled with another trend: midriff cutouts.
  2. Olivia Munn shimmered in a demure, horizontally striped, midi-length sheath dress from Giambattista Valli.
  3. Katharine McPhee wowed in a very of-the-moment Balmain dress, featuring both peekaboo detailing and stripes.

Yes, 2015 has just begun. But we’re already crowning this year’s best Instagram account. Meet @fashiondads_, a hilarious Instagram dedicated to ordinary dads’ fashion choices.

Rocking “swishy pants” or six-year-old Velcro sneakers, the meme-worthy men dish out style tips like: Footwear. Is. Everything. I love these #vintage white leather Velcro sneakers with a navy accent on the tongue. They look fab with my #Arizona relaxed fit jeans and are #fashionable and #functional.

Guess I better start looking to my dad for fashion advice. Come to think of it, he is a pro at normcore.

The time has come to say goodbye to C. Wonder‘s peppy, prep-centric line of apparel, accessories, and gifts. Yesterday, the brand confirmed it will close all its store locations, followed by the shuttering of its website in coming weeks.

C. Wonder hit several milestones since its 2011 launch in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City, including winning an Accessories Council ACE Award for Best Specialty Retailer. Founded by Christopher Burch (also an adviser to jewelry brand BaubleBar), the colorful company found a niche in whimsical accessories and gift-worthy goods.

Until we pinpoint our next spot for a monogram fix, we’ll be missing C. Wonder’s cheeky graphics and hue-happy designs.

What do Chiara FerragniZanita Whittington, and Nicole Warne have in common? Other than being wildly popular fashion bloggers, the three are the first in their field to land the cover of a major U.S. fashion magazine (Lucky’s February 2015 issue, to be exact).

Quite a lot has changed since Chiara, Zanita, and Nicole first stepped onto the fashion-blogging scene several years ago. What began as side projects turned into full-fledged businesses with the same perks that fashion’s finest editors received only after years in the industry.

“We don’t just blog – we do so many different things,” Chiara told LuckyAnd that they do. Nicole has modeled for Lancôme. Zanita has starred in a Louis Vuitton campaign. And Chiara has written a book and created an eponymous shoe line. It’s safe to say blogging is just the beginning for them.

As for all those naysayers who think the blogging game is on its way out? These ladies clearly prove otherwise.
