Blaring music has always been a photo-shoot must. And while we were taking snaps of Velodyne’s eye-catching headphones, we couldn’t help but turn our favorite jams up a little bit louder (hey, it’s a music event, right?). Take a peek at what made our playlist:

Because right now we’re still pretty much obsessed with everything Great Gatsby.

Ellie stopped by our studio just a couple of years ago, and let’s just say, her personality and style are as sweet as her vocals.

Confession: We’re all secretly huge Selena Gomez fans.

5. “Dancing on My Own” by Robyn
You know that scene in Girls? Yeah, spur-of-the-moment dance parties have always been big thing at Rue.

An oldie-but-ALWAYS-goodie.

It’s road-trip time. From Boston to Phoenix, behold: a collection of inspiration for your next weekend getaway. Pack the car, turn on some tunes (“Hot town, summer in the city…”), and make way for the highway.

5. And finally, visit Boston – our hometown – for North End cannoli, Newbury Street, and the breezy Public Garden (along with its tulips and swan boats).
