We can’t get enough of Taylor Swift’s retro-chic look – and neither can the paparazzi. Here’s a look at how she’s making old-fashioned fresh again.

The Matching Set
It’s safe to say coordinated separates are this crooner’s go-to. By pairing them with a variety of shoe styles, she makes the ensemble work for nearly every occasion.

Retro Sunglasses
It’s hard to catch T. Swift without a pair of standout sunnies. Her most frequently worn frames? Cat-eyes and wayfarers.

The Top-Handle Bag
This boxy carryall adds structure to flirty outfits and is a must-have accessory to complete Taylor’s look.

Effortlessly sophisticated and, for royalty, sometimes utterly daring. Princess Diana had a style all her own, and the public loved her for it.

Princess Diana's Style

Much like Diana, The Duchess of Cambridge’s enviable fashion sensibilities have made her a style icon in her own right. From polka dot prints to world-renowned wedding gowns, the likenesses between Prince William’s leading ladies is staggering. Case in point? These sartorially similar looks:

Almost 30 years after 1 billion people tuned in to watch Diana marry Charles, 2 billion watched their son marry Kate Middleton.

Bright lipstick is a Summer 2015 beauty must. While punchy hues are hot right now, it’s not the first time they’ve shined. Let’s take a look back at some of the biggest lipstick trends we’ve seen over the years.

Louise Brooks Dark LipstickDeep Vamp
Colored pouts were the rage in the Roaring Twenties. Flappers like Louise Brooks complemented defiant fringed dresses with vampy makeup. This meant pale skin, rimmed eyes, and, of course, dark lipstick.

Red Lipstick Marilyn MonroePinup Red
For postwar women, red lipstick disguised sorrow. In fact, military nurses were issued patriotic red gloss (with application instructions) as a part of their uniform. But it was Marilyn Monroe who made the look iconic. She did her civic duty by famously flaunting a red lip on tour for the troops in South Korea.Brigitte BardotMod Nude
By the late 60s, women began to reject Old Hollywood glamour, opting instead for a more androgynous look. So, nude became the go-to lipstick color. For a sultrier look, models like Brigitte Bardot and Twiggy relied on smoldering eyes alone.

Punk Pink
Experimental dress and extreme makeup defined the 80s. Nothing was off limits – especially when it came to Madonna. For the material girl, a hot-pink lip balanced out all the whips, chains, and pleather.

Spending all waking hours outside is a must after the winter we just had. But shielding your face from harmful rays is just as important. Enter: these sun-blocking hats with major style power. Permission to soak up every last second? Granted.

Summer Hat TrendsWide-Brim Hat
Consider an exaggerated brim in lightweight straw the chicest form of SPF. Rock it anywhere and everywhere (alfresco drinks, anyone?) for instant ladylike polish.

Summer Hat TrendsBaseball Cap
This look isn’t going anywhere. In fact, it’s having a major moment. Sporty, on-trend, and oh-so-practical, it wears well with almost anything –  from athleisure looks to feminine outfits.

Summer Hat TrendsPanama Hat
Look fast, and this blogger-beloved staple could be mistaken for a fedora. But with a slightly wider brim, its laid-back silhouette is a breezy outfit’s (and bad hair day’s) best friend.

These looks belong in your rotation. (No ifs, ands, or buts.) All it takes are a few staple pieces and a quick study of these style tips.

Trends Men A Classic Twist
Pull out your go-to blazer and denim. Then add a button-front with contrasting cuffs and collar, and swap out your leather loafers for suede chukka boots.

Style Trends Men All-Navy Everything
Don Draper dressing is here to stay. Play your best 1960s advertising exec in a crisp navy suit. The hue works best with sharp white shirts and skinny ties.

Style Trends Men Sunday Best
That neutral-colored suit you wear to summer weddings? It’s about to become part of your off-day look, too. Just pair it with a tucked-in T-shirt and add a belt for a bit of polish.

This one’s for the girls. When it comes a bra‘s lifespan, the general rule of thumb is to refresh your rotation every six to nine months – give or take, of course. Here are a few signs it’s when to say when.

When to Replace Bra
It’s Worn-Out
Exposed wires. Broken hooks. Zero give. If your best assets are being supported by a Franken-bra, it’s time to toss. Seriously, would you wear a dress with a broken anything? We think not.

Your Size Has Changed
Let’s face it, we all fluctuate. If you’re seeing some bulge over your cups or simply not filling them out, say goodbye. Take the time (a.k.a. a few minutes) to be professionally fitted once every six months.

It’s Totally Warped
If you can pull the back of your bra away from your body by more than a couple inches (and it’s on the tightest hook), your band is stretched out. Cue an upgrade.

You Want to Up the Ante
Your birthday. Valentine’s Day. Or just Tuesday. Who says you need a special occasion to spice things up? Our not-so-scientific research shows that bra shopping spontaneously has mood-boosting powers.
