Fascinating things are happening at M·A·C. Literally. The brand just launched a beauty collaboration with none other than milliner Philip Treacy. You may know him as the man behind Kate Middleton’s fancy toppers. So when I say that campaign is eye-catching, it should come as no surprise.

This Black Friday, Tom Ford gave us all a reason to pucker up. Why, exactly? Well, the iconic American designer launched his Lips & Boys collection, an assortment of 50 lipstick hues, each named after a man who has influenced Tom’s life.

From actors like Colin to Tom’s son Alexander, the shades’ namesakes are as varied as their colors, which range from nudes, pinks, and corals to silvers, plums, and browns.

Here’s the catch: the collection is only available at select online retailers through tonight, December 1. But fear not, last-minute shoppers. Lips & Boys officially launches in stores on December 26, so if these pinkie-sized tubes don’t make it into your stocking, they’ll still fit perfectly into your New Year’s Eve clutch.

If you thought the debut nail polish from Christian Louboutin was pricey at $50 per bottle, think again. Now, he’s upping his beauty game tenfold with the premiere of Starlight, a limited edition holiday launch that retails for a cool $675.

The bottle holds the label’s signature red shade, Rouge Louboutin – but it’s the 1,500 hand-applied, two-toned Strass crystals that tip the price well over the $600 mark. And the box it comes in? Black lacquer decorated with leather and crystal flowers like the ones on the brand’s Pensamoi shoe.

Although I’d prefer a pair of red-soled shoes for the same price, I wouldn’t complain if this blinged-out nail polish turned up in my stocking.

When Chanel taps supermodel Gisele Bündchen and director Baz Luhrmann for a short film – well, we obviously perk up. The result is a visual spectacle to celebrate the house’s iconic Chanel No. 5 perfume, which the label made sure to hype up with a 15-second teaser clip, a star-studded dinner, and its first-ever Instagram posts.

As a moody rendition of “You’re the One That I Want” plays, the film opens with a fresh-faced Gisele on an absurdly chic Chanel surfboard. We then get a peek at her handsome counterpart, Michiel Huisman of Game of Thrones fame, as he exits their swanky beachside home. After her ocean dip, Gisele (wearing Chanel and a spritz of No. 5) reunites with the object of her affection in a scenic concert hall.

In typical Baz Luhrmann style, the three minutes are full of color and sweeping landscapes – and I’m left wishing this were a full-length production.

Today, Burberry unveiled its new customizable My Burberry fragrance with an accompanying ad campaign featuring British supermodels Kate Moss and Cara Delevingne.

Shot by the legendary Mario Testino, the television and print ads feature the models in the brand’s iconic Sandringham trench coat, marking the first time Kate and Cara have posed together. “It felt like we were making something special. It’s so exciting to see it come to life now,” Cara said about the campaign.

The label’s new signature fragrance, created with contemporary perfumer Francis Kurkdjian, represents the brand’s classic trench coat and captures the essence of a London garden after the rain. And its “My Burberry” name isn’t just a cheeky moniker. Those who purchase the 90-milliliter eau de parfum can personalize the glass bottle with up to three initials, further fueling monogram obsessions everywhere.

The campaign also has a digital side. Customers have the ability to preview a giant replica of their monogrammed bottle on select billboards in London and New York via their smartphones. Not in either city? No worries. Just personalize a bottle and share it on your news feed.

With the holidays fast approaching, this fragrance is sure to be at the top of every perfume enthusiast’s wish list. (Hint, hint, Mom.)
