Found that perfect gift on Rue, but worried it may not get to your home in time for the big day? Don’t be. This holiday, we have an easy way for you to make sure your presents arrive on time.

Here’s the deal. When you’re viewing any item on Rue, look for our gift icon. It appears on the items that we can guarantee will arrive by December 24. Most gifts arrive via standard shipping. (As the holiday gets closer, some may need to be sent by expedited shipping.) There are no extra fees or hidden catches. Just add the item to your bag, double-check that the gift icon appears next to the correct shipping date, then go for it. We promise it’ll help make your holiday gifting a little less stressful.
Expedited shipping may be necessary for Guaranteed Holiday Shipping as the holiday approaches. It will be listed as such on the checkout page.

While we’ll do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Rue La La is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside of our control (including bad weather, carrier rescheduling, or incomplete or incorrect shipping address provided by Member). Oversized items, expedited options, and orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii do not qualify and will have additional charges as noted at checkout. This guarantee does not apply to prior purchases or international orders. If you purchase several items, they may ship separately and at different times. We’ll send you a shipping-confirmation email when all or part of your order has been shipped. If your item does not arrive by 12/24/2015 for reasons not outside Rue La La’s control, Rue La La will refund you the applicable shipping fees paid by you for the eligible item.

Want to keep your PANDORA pieces looking brand new? We have a few expert care tips to help get you close. So grab your charms and get ready to watch them shine.

How to Care for PANDORA Charms

Charm Cleaning 101
First, grab a dish of lukewarm water and add a small amount of baby shampoo. Then dip a soft toothbrush into the solution and scrub each charm in circular motions to nix any dirt. For those times when your piece needs a heavy-duty cleaning, soak it in clean water first.

Pack It In
Keeping your PANDORA in tip-top shape starts with how you store it. A velvet or felt-lined box is best for every-day organization, but a budget-friendly plastic ziplock bag (made of Mylar or polyethylene only, no polyvinyl allowed) will also do the trick. Travel often? Grab a jewelry roll to keep your pieces shiny and mark-free. Just remember, no rubber containers – they’ll tarnish silver quickly – and keep your accessories out of the bathroom.

That Extra TLC
We all know that over time our gold and silver essentials look a bit worn. PANDORA (and Rue) recommends having them inspected at least once a year by a goldsmith. They can double-check clasps, mounts, and soldering, as well as any deep cosmetic wear.

Moral of the story: a little love now can make your jewelry last long enough to be passed down. Now you just have to worry about playing favorites with the lucky recipients of these coveted pieces. Want to find your next heirloom? Shop our PANDORA Boutique, now open.

Your bag is packed for your summer getaway, and we’re willing to bet you have (several pairs of) sandals tucked inside. Look down. Are your toes ready for the trip? We chatted with Rue hair-&-makeup guru Rachael B., who gave us her recommendations for keeping our polish perfectly synced with our travel plans.

Vacation Nail Polish

Girls’ Weekend
Mentally preparing, er, packing for a bachelorette trip? Rachael encourages you to break out the metallic. “A steely silver is like a party on your toes, and rose gold is very hot right now.” Should you want something a little bolder, Rachael suggests swiping one of these colors across just the tips of your toes for a contrasted look.

Tropical Paradise
If Bora Bora is on your itinerary, we’re jealous. Seriously. Now grab a bright hue. “Anything that reminds you of tropical fruit is a go,” says Rachael, “like a pink-orange with a little shine, or a bright lemon yellow.”

Coastal Cruise
For those weekends in the Cape or those jaunts to Martha’s Vineyard, it’s all about the sherbet colors. “A light orange pairs well with a nautical blue-and-gold outfit,” notes Rachael, “and a soft, cashmere pink is a classic preppy neutral.”

Now grab your carry-on. All that’s left is to walk your fancy feet onto a beach (or boat dock, or bachelorette suite).

Got a few (million) necklaces lying around? Put a fresh spin on your neckwear by layering a couple. To get you started, Rue Stylist Emma L. is dishing on her favorite insider tips.
Necklace Length Guide

When it comes to layering, Emma says, “It’s always best to go with no more than four lengths, and they should graduate from shortest to longest.” And don’t be afraid to mix metals or styles. Emma advocates pairing your silver and gold pieces (it’s not a no-no anymore), as well as combining chunky jewelry with delicate.

If you’re a one-necklace type of girl, then it’s all about wearing it with the right neckline. Emma explains, “I personally like a longer necklace with a higher-cut top – for instance, a crewneck or boat neck with at least an 18-inch chain.” Prefer something a little less buttoned-up? “More open options, like V-necks, can work with any necklace length,” says Emma.

Now head to your jewelry box and layer with abandon.
