Outside the Tents: 5 Street-Style Stars to Watch

Ahh, Fashion Month. Twice a year, it turns the streets of Manhattan, Milan, Paris, and London into one big runway where bloggers, socialites, and editors are as highly photographed as the models on the catwalks. Here, five street-style stars to watch out for next season – because February will be here before you know it.

1. Miroslava Duma
Say hello to Russia’s pint-sized It girl and the street-style obsession of our very own Fashion Director. From head-to-toe houndstooth to leather overalls, the Buro 24/7 editor can pull off pretty much anything – no matter how risky.

2. Michelle Harper
Fantastical. If you had to describe this striking showgoer’s ensembles in one word, that’s the one to pick. Dubbed “this generation’s Holly Golightly” by the New York Times, Harper, a 35-year-old businesswoman and brand consultant, never fails to disappoint when it comes to street style.

3. Kyle Anderson
Thought street style was all about the ladies? Think again. The Marie Claire Accessories Director always brings it. Remember Chanel’s insane Hula-Hoop bag? Yeah, he wore it (along with fur in 80-degree weather) to New York Fashion Week.

4. Jackie Nasser
Okay, so she’s Rue’s Fashion Director and we’re maybe a little bit biased. But come on, just check out what she wore to NYFW this September and tell us you’re not obsessed. That’s what we thought.

5. Taylor Tomasi Hill
The self-described clothing chameleon and creative director of Moda Operandi can be easily spotted during Fashion Week, thanks to her crimson hair and distinctive chunky necklaces. Oh, and she’s also believed to be the muse of Prabal Gurung.

Our Outside the Tents: 7 Fashion-Month Street-Style Trends Boutique opens Wednesday, October 16, at 11AM ET.
