It looks like grunge and punk are poised to make a comeback. But unlike past years (90s flannel, anyone?), the trend is touch more feminine, as showcased in Richard Chai’s Fall/Winter 2013 Collection. Pairing sequin pants and flouncy dresses with baggy clay-hued separates and combat boots, Chai proved tough and pretty can coexist.
