  3. I am a new member as of today. I’m having trouble with you submitting a purchase I made. I gave you all the account information you asked for but still won’t submit my purchase request? You keep implying that I left something out or made an error?

    I love the tea lights! Maybe for the holiday login page, try spelling out Rue La La with a collection of different colored/patterned ribbon? Everyone loves a little ribbon on their gifts.

    I live in Canada but want to ship something to the US. When I got to checkout, I couldn’t pay because it would not allow me to enter a Canadian billing address that matches my credit card and also wouldn’t allow me to use a non-US address Paypal acct

  22. I am unable to login to the website. I tried several times and it sends me right back to the login as if I never entered any information. This is my first time with the site and I am excited to see what you have to offer. Discouraged/agitated.
