I am a new member as of today. I’m having trouble with you submitting a purchase I made. I gave you all the account information you asked for but still won’t submit my purchase request? You keep implying that I left something out or made an error?
Do you encourage Canadians to shop your website? I am trying to register as a member and the site will not allow me to enter a postal code (6 figures) also tells me my street address is not valid thus will not accept my information. Can you help?
I love the tea lights! Maybe for the holiday login page, try spelling out Rue La La with a collection of different colored/patterned ribbon? Everyone loves a little ribbon on their gifts.
I cannot get on site because I forgot my password and there is no prompt for that!!! So frustrated!!

I live in Canada but want to ship something to the US. When I got to checkout, I couldn’t pay because it would not allow me to enter a Canadian billing address that matches my credit card and also wouldn’t allow me to use a non-US address Paypal acct
