Fall Closet Revamp: What to Wear this Season
It’s official. Fall has arrived. To commemorate the very first day of fall (for those of you who don’t know, it’s today!) I’ve taken to a full-on wardrobe overhaul. It’s time to put away the cut-offs and sandals in favor of nubby sweaters, cozy jackets, and fall-appropriate silhouettes. Need some closet revamp inspiration? Look no further.
Sunday Football Party
Along with football season comes lazy Sundays spent eating wings and watching the game (or games) with friends. In an effort to not completely set aside style for the good of sports, this knit French Connection dress will be my go-to weekend uniform.
Chilly days are coming on fast, and the best leaf-peeping adventures are yet to come. This French Connection trench coat is just the thing to keep cool weather out, while adding an oh-so-chic spin to outdoor attire – even if there isn’t a soul in sight.
One of my favorite things about fall is the transition from light, airy fabrics and colors to a more tailored take on dressing. This Addison Story silk dress comes in an of-the-moment hue and is the perfect canvas for a black leather jacket come windy nights.
Let’s face it. There’s nothing more fall than apple picking and fresh apple cider. In the spirit of changing leaves and ripe red apples, these Walter Ryan skinnies are the perfect, festive piece to take on the orchards.
