Dressing for the Wedding Circuit

When it comes to weddings, there’s often a lot of dress drama – and that doesn’t just apply to the wedding party. From friends of the family to the MOB, finding an outfit isn’t always easy, because let’s be honest – while you’re not looking to outshine the bride, you still want to be the best-dressed guest there (and that’s totally fine!).

No matter your relation to the bride (you might even be the one walking down the aisle), these dress picks are sure to get you noticed on the wedding circuit.

Look to a color that doesn’t clash with the wedding party (and always stay away from white or cream). This pale yellow number is the perfect shade for a wedding in the spring or summer.

The Little Cousin
Keep it sweet and simple. Flowers and tulle (like the one above) are always a plus.

The College Friend
Seek out something fun and young that you can wear again. This blue and turquoise number is an ideal frock for all dressed-up events.

The Bride
Make sure your dress matches the venue. The low-key elegance of this strapless gown makes it perfect for a summer wedding on the beach.
