Dinner Party Recipes From Mrs. Lilien, Giada, & Glamour

You know those dinner parties that seem to pop up out of know where? While they can be a bit stressful with lots of last-minute scrambling, impromptu get-togethers usually end up being the most fun. With that in mind, we like to have an easy menu in our roster just in case we need to whip up something on the fly.

The Sips:
The ultimate hostess, Mrs. Lilien, just released Mrs. Lilien’s Cocktail Swatchbook – and it looks incredible. The best? The steps are really visual and easy to follow. Master mixologist, here we come.

The Eats:
This Scampi on Couscous recipe from Giada de Laurentiis is amazing. And with healthy summer ingredients and just 40 minutes of prepping and cooking, it’s the kind of meal that always looks much harder to make than it actually is (love that).

The Sweets:
Healthy protein-packed cheesecake? We didn’t believe it either, but this recipe from Glamour.com not only looks delicious but is surprising good for you too.
