Hi,

Good video. I bought a Nespresso machine on Rue La La 2 years ago. I took it to the office, and the instructions and some parts were lost. I’ve never been able to use it. Could I obtain another set of directions and any missing parts?

Hi! Can you tell me if the electric voltage is 110 V only or if it’s something like 100-240V? I’m asking this to see if the machine can be used in countries like Europe without having to use a voltage transformer.
